1. Welcome to Miscap!

Miscap! ("we," "us," "our") is a caption competition app where users caption photos and videos, vote on submissions, and earn points. By accessing or using miscap.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miscap!. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content & Conduct

When you submit a caption, photo, or video to Miscap!, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Infringes on someone else's intellectual property
• Contains nudity, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is spam or attempts to manipulate voting or rankings

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Points & Rewards

Points earned within Miscap! have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred. Points are tracked for entertainment purposes. If we introduce redeemable rewards in the future, additional terms will apply and will be presented to you at that time.

6. Voting Integrity

Voting on Miscap! is intended to reflect genuine community opinion. Creating multiple accounts, using bots, or otherwise attempting to manipulate votes, rankings, or points is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
